6. Order Cancellation

* Customers should contact us as soon as possible if they wish to request an order cancellation.
* Cancellation requests depend on the stage of supplier procurement and order processing.
* Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible, except where required by applicable law.
* If a cancellation is accepted after payment, any applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method.

7. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

* We do not generally accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference or ordering the wrong option.
* If a product arrives damaged, defective or different from the product ordered, customers should contact us for assistance.
* Customers are encouraged to record a continuous, unedited unboxing video starting before opening the sealed parcel.
* The video should show the parcel, shipping label, opening process and product received.
* Please report any issue as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery.
* After reviewing the complaint, we will determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
